UPMC is a well-rounded and extremely strong residency training program, and I knew the program would provide me the level of training that I desired during my PM&R residency. I wanted to be at a program that would truly value and support my personal interests in PM&R. During my interview, I felt that the program genuinely valued my background and would do everything they could to support me to complete the projects I desired during my residency training. I have a strong interest in both research and assistive technology and UPMC has by far the best resources in those areas. UPMC was the program that was a perfect fit for me given my personal interests and desire for strong residency training in PM&R.
