This site includes Montefiore Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital, Western Psychiatric Institute and the Kaufmann Medical Building in one interconnected hospital complex. Referrals for the consult service with specialties ranging from organ transplantation, trauma and neurosurgery. Site for newly renovated EMG laboratories

Montefiore Hospital
20-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Each room on the unit is equipped with SmartRoom© technology allowing for streamlined access to patient data, patient educational materials, and improved patient communication (see Rehab Progress Newsletter, Summer 2012). Site for referrals for consult service for the medicine floors, ICUs and the Transitional Care Unit

Shadyside Hospital
Part of the UPMC Rehabilitation Institute serving patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and other conditions related to PM&R treatment. Shadyside Hospital also serves as the training site for EMGs

Kaufmann Medical Building
One of the main outpatient clinic sites servicing a varied patient population. Patients include those seen in amputee, spasticity, pain and musculoskeletal clinics.

Rehabilitation Institute (UPMC Mercy Hospital)
Main site for inpatient rotations with specialized units for brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and general rehabilitation.

Site of the PMR Outpatient clinic for junior and senior outpatient rotations. Specialty clinics in brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, spasticity and concussions are at this site including one of the few Adult Spina Bifida clinics in the country.

Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh
8 bed inpatient unit for children with acute and chronic disabilities and congenital disorders. Main site for pediatric rotation with multidisciplinary clinics for Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy and Spasticity Management. General rehabilitation clinics and centers for botox and EMG treatment in the pediatric population are located here as well.
