Amy Knecht

Ms. Knecht is a Social Worker who works out of the Adult Spina Bifida Clinic at the UPMC Mercy Pavilion on Tuesdays and receives referrals from other clinics within the Department. She works alongside neuropsychologist, Dr. Lisa Stanford, and Medical Director, Dr. Brad Dicianno. Her primary role is to provide the necessary support and resources so that patients in the outpatient setting can receive the quality care they need in the community. This typically involves setting up services for home care, transportation, home modifications, legal POA/MPOA and many other community resources.
