I completed an audition rotation at UPMC and was immediately impressed by the camaraderie exemplified by the care team. Everyone contributed to the educational environment I was searching for, where discussions are encouraged with an incredible amount of support available to succeed in any field of physiatry. The selflessness of the staff and the warm reception I received made for an enjoyable experience every day of my rotation. Lastly, the tight-knit resident community and the program’s emphasis on wellness further showed me that UPMC was the perfect place to complete my training while building meaningful relationships with my co-residents.
