Dr. Marit Johnson, a postdoctoral associate with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, was recognized for outstanding research at the annual Orthopaedic Research Society meeting in February 2022. Dr. Johnson's poster entitled, "Asymmetrical Lumbar Intervertebral Motion in Chronic Low Back Pain," used data from the ongoing LB3P research study, which is funded by the NIH's HEAL Initiative and is a site of the BACPAC Research Consortium. Data was collected at the Biodynamics Laboratory in collaboration with its Director, Dr. William J. Anderst.
