Congratulations to the recipients of the 2020 RI Pilot Award! The award is co-sponsored by the Department of PM&R, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and Rehabilitation Institute.
The Department of PM&R will fund studies by Dr. Brian Dekleva ("Long-term use of an intracortical brain-computer interface in the home") and Dr. Anthony Kline ("Combination therapy of intranassally delivered neural stem cells plus environmental enrichment after experimental brain trauma: A strategy to increase bench-to-bedside success"). The School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences will fund studies by Dr. Allyn Bove ("Rural Access to Physical Therapy Rehabilitation (RAPTOR)") and Dr. Goeran Fielder ("Smartglass-based feedback for gait rehabilitation training.")
