Why did you choose UPMC residency program?
UPMC was the program that would provide me with the most comprehensive PM&R training during residency. There is a core curriculum in place, assuring you the proper education to learn the fundamental aspects needed to be a physiatrist. In addition, at UPMC you have access and receive high-level training in all PM&R sub-specialties. UPMC has many resources and support for residents that are interested in research. Lastly, Pittsburgh is an up and coming city that is both a fun and affordable place to live.
