Alan W. Chu, MD
Assistant Professor

Alan Chu, MD received his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Chu went on to residencies in both Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Evanston Hospital and The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, respectively, of the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.

Dr. Chu is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Sports Medicine. Dr. Chu has been an Assistant Professor in General and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation since 2000 and was awarded the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Teaching Professor of the Year in 2001 and 2003.
